Amazon Fee on services
Amazon staff is insisting to provide us a certificate of sole trader which was provide issued by HM & RC but still insisting to provide last year self-assessment wherever my case is different I became self-employed in August 2021. The next year in April 2021 only I can have one.
How can let them understand intelligent clerks, that the last year I was not working on Amazon and neither a sole trader?
Helping me will be appreciated by the sellers/ readers

You should be able to phone hmrc and ask them to send you a letter with confirmation of your utr number - it usually takes a few days to arrive and amazon will accept that
Edit - although if you became self employed in August you should already it and its dated in last 90 days which is what they require
