Can't stop seller selling the wrong product on my listing

A Top 50 Amazon UK Seller is selling a product similiar to mine but different with missing parts he is also using my trademark without permission.

I am registered with Brand Registry and reported everything the proper way, escalated the complaint.

But I keep getting the autoresponse “Thank you for your report of infringement. We reviewed your notices of infringement and determined that the notices you have submitted to Amazon are invalid or inaccurate. Reporting false, misleading, or consistently inaccurate notices of infringement violates our policies.” from Brand Registry.

I have done a test order and showed Brand Registry the product is counterfeit and missing parts and explained why.

The seller is not cooperating he said his “Amazon Consultant” is looking into it a week ago now, meanwhile customers are receiving counterfeits with missing parts!

What do I do next? I am trying to find a lawyer and I have found 2 Amazon recommended brand protection services.
