Im new and suspended

Hi everyone,

Im a seller on the dutch platform bol.com and my own website and recently wanted to start selling on amazon. I have had a personal account for quite a while but because I run the company with someone else I used my company email to start a seller account with professional membership. For the last month I have been supplying everything from my personal pasport to products with order confirmation and payment receipt. I just bought 6000 euro’s worth of stock and I would really like to sell on Amazon.

What happened? I got an email stating they wanted more information. I supplied all the details as best I could and given a clear understanding what Im trying to sell and how. After this my account just got suspended without reason. I have send in appeals but without reply and both my outstanding support tickets were just closed without response. I have never sold on amazon and I have no way to call so I’m asking here for help! What did I do wrong and how can I fix it. I have a valentines product and I’m scared I can’t sell stock here and therefore will lose money.

I have provided as much information as possible and have tried my best. Any tips? If you need more information just reply and I’ll send it here.

This (believe it or not) is good. It means they have the required information and are now verifying it. This could take some time.
Meanwhile do not send any more communications, but regularly check your account info and performance notifications in seller central for any updates.

Hi there amazon sellers,

It’s been around 3 months and noone from Amazon has replies back. I did however see the following. Another seller in AU has started an account under YEET Global name. Odd thing is that im the owner of that name in Europe and the owner of the domain yeet.global. Question now is: could it be Amazon thought I was opening a second account without their permission.

I haven’t been open yet with my store so haven’t got any buyer issues. Please let me know because I am really eager again to sell on Amazon.
