Suspended - but they keep charging me fees $400 "other" fees, and can't even ask why
My account has been suspended for a year and I keep getting charged fees. Today I got another $400 in “other” fees. There is no breakdown or explanation for what these charges are.
I have not sold anything, I have no inventory, I have no service, and no plan.
I can’t even contact seller support (about charges) because my account is suspended (only can contact about suspension related). When I spoke with amazon on the phone last time they said just remove your credit card or block your credit card. Really?
So I did, but I still sell in Amazon USA, and I can see that I have a negative balance, in the UK. That is growing over time, for no reason.
When I remove my credit card, they won’t allow me to go in to seller central and see what the charges are. So I put my credit card, then I can see, but then they charge my credit card. And I can’t contact support about it, because I am suspended. So what, am I supposed to just keep paying without reason, and without say, and I have no say in it? I am in this stupid rutt, IT’s RIDICULOUS!

Have you never sold anything? Something that high could be vat services?

My request was sent in last December I think. I didn’t even realize I still have Amazon vat services because my account was suspended. Anyway, so it was canceled.
Do you think those charges are from the last period?
Two days ago I get a $400 charge in my suspended account I have not used for a year. There is no breakdown of the charge. It just says “other”. I contact seller support to find out what it is. I get a canned response saying I need to submit an appeal to reinstate my account. I have tried for over a year to do that and I gave up. So I ask through the “appeal” section to ask them to explain what the charge is. I just get a canned response " we can’t reinstate your account" yada yada.
I literally have no other ways to communicate with amazon and find out what these charges are.
