Auto CN22 printing click and drop

Hi, Does anyone know how to set up click and drop to automatically print the CN22 on an international label. Currently i have to manifest each one then click on it and click print ‘customs label’ ?

Surely it should come out like the label automatically

In C&D settings label format section 4, generate customs declaration.(tick it|) will print every time you generate a postage label international make sure you codes and weight are correct when generating postage label/
