Help please! I can't view my June seller invoice
Hello, I would be so grateful for some help.
I have been a seller for over five years. Up to May I received a monthly seller invoice from Amazon by email. This month I had an email to say I would now have to access the invoice via the reports on the website. But when I access the tax reports, I can see the title for June, with a yellow button saying ‘view’, but when I click on it a grey wheel goes round for a second or so and reverts to the button.
At the top, there’s a hyperlink saying ‘view all invoices’, but when I click on it, I am taken to the Fulfilment site, and asked to sign into this, which I don’t want to do- I only ever send within the UK with Royal Mail.
Any help would be most welcome - thank you.

Thanks for your post.
When you click on View for the particular invoice the document will open in pdf format. You may need to ensure that your PC/Laptop is able to display this format. I’ve checked your account and I have been able to access the document for June without any issue.
In regards to accessing the link to view all invoices I think I might know why you are being asked to sign in again but I could be wrong.
When you sign into your Amazon account if you are using the URL that has amazon.co.uk you maybe asked to sign in again when you click on a link in your account as the URL will contain sellercentral-europe.amazon.com and not amazon.co.uk.
I would recommend that you log into your seller account with the EU link (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com) and this should remove the need for you to sign in again when you click on help page links within your account.

hey, I had the same issue!! I ended up enquiring about this on chat with Amazon, but to be honest it got me nowhere. I tried to view and download the invoice through my phone and it worked, so now it looks like I have to download the invoice on my phone and email it to myself.
I am using a MAC desktop if that helps. maybe it’s MAC related?! I did much prefer having the invoices emailed to me! It was a lot easier and quicker.

Cordina, I think you must be right here, because I am also using a Mac desktop.
Jessica, I don’t have a smartphone so I can’t email the invoice to myself in order to see or print out the invoice. Can you help please?
