I am about to import organic product in to UK. Since Amazon is going to be the first consignee, how can i get a COI filled and returned from them?

First off, no actual experience on this, aside from standard amazon selling experience.
So you are sending this product straight to amazon fulfilment centres?
Having read up, I doubt its something amazon would do (though you will only get an actual answer from amazon - good luck with seller support on this one).
It would, I imagine be far, far easier to make yourself the first consignee and then deliver onto amazon.
