PLEASE RAISE MY CASE FOR A SECOND REVIEW
Hi Members,
Can anyone please help me to escalate my case?
My account was deactivated due to an inauthenticity issue related to a specific ASIN. I have received two orders for this ASIN and have already submitted the following documents to support my appeal:
- Invoices for both orders, fulfilled through my supplier.
- Bank statements, tracking IDs, and order confirmation screenshots.
- Steps to verify the invoices directly from my supplier’s website.
- Screenshots from various brands’ official websites confirming my supplier as an authorized reseller.
- Email screenshots from different brands affirming my supplier as an authentic reseller.
Despite providing this information, my appeal was rejected, and Amazon requested supply chain documentation. I contacted my supplier, but they informed me they cannot disclose their supplier information due to confidentiality. I shared a screenshot of this communication with Amazon.
To further support my case, I reached out to the brand directly. They confirmed that my supplier sources products from their licensed distributors and that the products are 100% authentic. I provided this confirmation to Amazon as well.
However, my appeal continues to be rejected with the same response, even after submitting all the requested and additional supporting documents. I would like to escalate this case to a higher team for further review. The relevant case IDs are:
- 17046429921
- 17035799871
- 16992148901
Thanks

Just because your supplier is an authorized reseller does not mean YOU are. Your supplier can not give you legal authorization to sell the BRAND on Amazon. You need to get your own legal authorization FROM THE BRAND to represent and sell the BRAND you are trying to sell!!!!
It is entirely possible the BRAND itself made the complaint that you are not authorized to represent them and sell their BRAND.

"Invoices for both orders, fulfilled through my supplier."
In other words, you dropshipped these orders. Does your supplier include YOUR packing slip or did they include theirs? Do they ship in plain brown boxes or did they ship in their own branded boxes?
"Screenshots from various brands’ official websites confirming my supplier as an authorized reseller."
That it like saying that you have screenshots that show Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Menards, etc. as an authorized reseller. It does NOT mean that they are an authorized WHOLESALE source. Did you have to provide your business license and tax exempt paperwork to buy the items?
" I contacted my supplier, but they informed me they cannot disclose their supplier information due to confidentiality."
This is nearly 100% the case when dealing with GRAY MARKET or online RETAIL sources and not when you deal with authorized wholesalers. Amazon knows this so you sending them that screenshot pretty much proved your source is not authorized (though Amazon already knew that).
" I reached out to the brand directly. They confirmed that my supplier sources products from their licensed distributors and that the products are 100% authentic."
And, AGAIN, you provided Amazon with proof that you are dealing way down the line. YOU should have been purchasing from the 'authorized distributors' that your source purchased from.
You bought things that you have no chain of custody for and no way to prove authenticity for as far as Amazon is concerned.
Go sell elsewhere but buy properly and learn the rules for whatever site you go to BEFORE you start selling there.
You are done on Amazon.

After reading your previous posts you have already been told you are essentially not going to get your account or supplements or money in your account. You bought from RETAIL sources. Your suppliers are authorized RETAIL sellers of the supplements but YOU ARE NOT. You are not authorized to represent and sell the BRAND on Amazon.

I read you first post and agree with what @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACsaid there about the link to Amazon Reselling so I am going to try and light a fire under the underbelly of Amazon.
Hey MODS -- HOW ON EARTH can you allow your own website to advertise and PROMOTE Retail arbitrage when all of the posts for two years or more have been saying it is NOT PERMITTED any longer?
I know that collecting $40/month from all the sellers that get suspended eventually pays your salaries, but seriously? This is about as slimy and underhanded as anything I have seen in the past 70+ years (well over 55 in retail sales).
Retail arbitrage
Retail arbitrage refers to purchasing products from retail stores at lower prices and reselling them for a profit. Unlike some other types of reselling, it involves finding and capitalizing on retail deals.

Any comments on how Amazon talks out of BOTH SIDES of the policy mouth?
