'Item was not received by estimated delivery date' - FBA fee
Hi!
We just had one of our FBA orders returned and refunded because 'Item was not received by estimated delivery date'.
I'm confused why we are still charged FBA fees and return administration fees for this order, when the delivery and fulfillment was made by Amazon?
Is it possible to get reimbursement of these fees from Amazon in this case?
