Trademark not found in Amazon
Good morning,
My trademark was filed and I got my serial number on 4/20/24. But when I try to register for a brand, I am getting the message below:
The trademark number you have entered cannot be found in the trademark office selected. If your trademark application was recently submitted, please take into consideration that it may require up to 48 hours for the change to be reflected and the synchronization with the Amazon system to be completed. Wait for the established time and create a new application.
Can you advise when my serial number will be recognized in Amazon?

When you mention it was filed on 4/20/24 do you mean it is still pending? And were you given a temporary trademark at that time? I just wanted to make sure what you meant here.
Typically it could take a few days for the serial number to sync to the data base in USPTO and Amazon.
