Newbie with a Problem
Hi all
I just got verified to sell on Amazon MArketplace this morning via an online in person verification process. They immediately took £30 out of my account which I understand is the monthly payment for a Professional service? But I’m not ready to sell yet! I only just got started and I wanted to go on an Individual plan until I knew what I was doing, which could take me weeks! I want to ask Amazon for a refund but can’t find a way of getting through to them at all - how do I contact them to explain that they put me on the wrong plan and get a refund? Not a good start. All help gratefully received.

Firstly you need to downgrade so that they don’t take payment again next month
Settings - account info - your services - manage - sell on Amazon - downgrade to individual
You’ll need to contact amazon for a refund
