My account was placed under a temporary velocity review on May 18th due to a spike in sales not backed by recent feedback or consistent selling activity. It was also electronic products. I did receive this type of account review back in 2022 and I had to wait the full month. I submitted a detailed appeal with tracking info, business verification, and how I comply with Amazon’s policies.
Despite this, my appeal was rejected twice (May 21st & 23rd) with identical responses. I made sure to keep them thorough but not excessive, and I'm now unsure if I should keep appealing with more evidence or just wait out the 30-day period. I've already waited 2.5 weeks and all of my orders are past there return period except 1, meaning the customers had no issues with their items if they never requested a return after receiving the item.
I’ve been selling high-ticket items after inactive periods, and while I used Amazon’s feedback request tool, no reviews came in, something completely out of my control. Why do I have to be one affected and slow down my sales and my business for getting rejected on an appeal that I provided all the information it could possibly want in the email?
Any advice or examples of what worked for others would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance. I would love to get this expedited so I don't have to wait out the 30 days. I am losing out on potential profit every single day by being under this review which is completely out of my control.
