Have customers received their items
I’m just wondering if any has found out where you can see if your customers have received their items? I only track on items over 50 pounds but I’ve sold about 20 items this month and the status of all orders still say “shipped”. Is this normal if I’m shipping internationally, do I have to wait longer or is there something I’m missing?

It would depend on which carrier you are using. You need to track the deliveries with the carrier, not on Amazon btw.

Thanks Peter that makes sense, so how will Amazon know if the item has been delivered? Will my customers have to update it or do I have to somehow change the status?

We warned, if Amazon cannot track it, then they often email a Buyer, saying it is late, even if it has been delivered.
Then the Buyer, messages you, and what do you do? - Refund the item is the only thing you can do, or have an A-Z Claim, and they automatically win it. Even if you suspect fraud, some may be genuine, you won’t know. Amazon assumes no liars, all Buyers are 100% honest and all Sellers have to pay.
I’d suggest ALL items to be sent tracked as a minimum, and if you want to be sure also signed for.

Thanks for your help everyone. There’s one item that tracked with Royal Mail and signed and it says it was delivered to Spain on the 25.07.19 but I still haven’t received the payment and it was 200 pounds worth of products. I’ve implemented the tracking ID on amazon so my customer could track it but I don’t know when I’ll receive the payment.
