Why amazon is being ridiculous!

Okay first of all they charge like 80% fees on items below 7-8£ I sell and item for 7£ and get like 1.50 for it in my balance, regardless I sent a shipment accidentally requested amazon to apply label and packaging to something that already has it, these are all small items and I’ve had a bill of £450 applied for around £400 of profit items, I messaged amazon directly after and they took over a month to investigate and then saying

Hello Seller,

Upon investigating this issue, we found that you selected that Amazon Prepare and Label your items.

Please review the two shipments under PREPARE PRODUCTS and LABEL PRODUCTS (FBA15C6C3RT7 and FBA15C6C570J).

I have also attached screenshots of the shipments for your convenience.

Due to this, the items were labelled and prepared by Amazon based on your request.

We cannot get an approval for a reimbursement as the Fulfilment Center did what was requested.

If you have information we may have overlooked that need consideration, feel free it to provide us.

What? Any sane person would not repackage and relabel a product that’s already done that! Not to mention it I queried about it before the inventory was even processed
