Royal Mail 48 Tracked Prices?
Hi all,
Anyone else on OBA on Royal Mail ? Am I missing something here?
I just got my invoice for last month through and all my Royal Mail 48 tracked are being charged at £11.58 ? When I check the get me a price website on Royal Mail it shows under 2kg Royal Mail 48 tracked price is £2.85 ?
Has anyone else had an issue with Royal Mail charging wrong prices on account before ?

the price on RM site is for ‘personal buyers’ ie not account prices
£11.58 is your contracted price
you can buy as a member of the public from RM site

Yes its a joke and have filed a complaint against Royal Mail, I spend over £16000 a year on post and they will not match the publics prices?

I use OBA account for my other shops online and was thinking about adding the RM24/48 plus tracked and the prices i was given where £1.57 per item more than i was being charged buying it online through RM website

I had a conversation with Royal Mail at the beginning of October where they quoted me contracted prices for Tracked 24 and 48 LL size which I was happy with. I’m still waiting for them to be set up on my account despite chasing twice. I was told it would be set up by Mid October. I’ve given up.
I’ve started purchasing from the Royal Mail website in the last few days and used the free collection offer. It’s ridiculous, it’s literally like they don’t want any business customers. I also pay for a collection. The guy who takes mine from me (the ones paid through the RM website) is the one who delivers my mail. I then get my paid for collection later in the day.
Don’t get me started on the fact that I can’t print the postage label out on my 6 x 4 label printer though and have to print on A4 paper and then cut it out because of the proof of postage bit being part of the same sheet. I’ve now started asking for them to bring the label with them because of the faff.

I’ve done a couple through the retail site, you can untick the collection box in the checkout, I only had a couple on a saturday so bought through there and popped in the postbox up the road so didn’t want the collection, took me a while to figure it out though.
I am sending a lot more than the required 20 tracked a week and they still keep sending me invoices for the collection. I keep appealing it, they stopped for 2 months and now they’ve started again. They are so frustrating, which reminds me, I need to order some mail bags. That’s frustrating in itself!!
