Limited Company to Limited Company Transfer

Hi,

So i have been selling using FBA for a while now using my existing limited company, it has become necessary now to separate this aspect to a separate limited company which is have now formed.

I can see an option to start the transfer but it seems like i will need paperwork but it doesn’t give a list of what is required until you start the process which is don’t really want to do until i have all the info as it seems to stop disbursements and suspend listings.

Has anyone undertaking the process and can let me know what is required and how long the process takes?
