Can you further clarify the situation you're experiencing? Do you have multiple accounts or do you sell in different regions? Are all of your stores in good standing?

Multiple account policy violations require documents such as contracts, termination agreements, bill of sale or transfer of ownership to help validate the reason for the association but also verifying separation.

A request to verify the identity of your account is a separate issue, due to the mention of multiple issues I will ask that you provide your original deactivation notice to ensure we're offering the proper guidance.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
