Items are authentic purchased with receipts from amazon. Anyone having similar problems or suggestions for resolution

I just had the same email.
Purchased mine from a large retailer and have receipts.
There’s loads of Fortnite products for sale so wonder if this is just the start.

There is no way you will win this claim against you. You Amazon receipt will not be acceptable particularly if you’re trying to sell them as new.
Delete the ASINs, apologise for your error and promise not to do it again.

If you are 100% confident that your merchandise is authentic and able to prove it either with valid invoices or receipts, you can dispute the complaint by e-mailing notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk .
Otherwise, you should remove the listings as soon as possible, as even a single unresolved complaint like this with the items still present in your inventory can trigger a suspension.
Amazon will only accept receipts and invoices which clearly display all of the following:
Supplier information (name, phone number, address, website)
– Buyer information (name, phone number, address, website)
– Item descriptions (matching the ASIN(/s)
– Item quantities
– Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days)

Would there be a reason as to why this notice isn’t in Performance Notifications and why there are not any stats showing this in Account Health?
Also, the item hasn’t hit my inventory yet so if I delete the listing am I able to get the product back or should I wait for it to be checked in then create a removal order?. Don’t even mind writing these off rather than anything else happen.
