Advice please. Advertising impressions dropped 50%, overall traffic dropped 50%, featured off dropped from 99% to 90%
As per the title really. Anyone else seen their advertising impressions and overall impressions plummet these last few days? Obviously sales have plummeted some 50% as well. Really concerned as we have never experienced this before. We have no performance notifications and our account health is perfect. Any advice appreciated?

not only that, but approx 700 of our listings have disappeared!
Some lines are still showing in FBA inventory, but not in the full inventory.
Obviously opened a case, but its been transferred and the only response we get is to fill in a survey - its ridiculous here at the moment.
No idea what is going on - but its not good for business.

Contaced seller help and they say 'your account is in fantastic standing and theres nothing wrong'. Clearly there is. In all the time selling on here never have we not had a single sale in the morning! I don't know what to do. Its like our account is deactivated. Our listings are high up in the search so I'm wondering if there is an issue with payment/checkout?

It is most likely more to do with the economic climate than with you.
Consumers are simply not spending like they once did, they do not have the cash they once had and with all the uncertainty in the UK at the moment from the current government and their idiotic policies to people are just too afraid to part with their money unless something that’s necessary. Its also a knock on effect as im not buying so much, suppliers in turn do not buy as much, wholesalers and manufactures are increasing costs to cover their losses and so on.
For example, our driver who collects our pallets is telling me that they used to send at least 2 or more 18 wheelers a night from our local hub to the main hub every night, they are now struggling to fill just 1 lorry

So I wouldn’t be too concerned that Amazon are playing with your account and just look at whats happening at present. Im confident that it will pick up in due course you just got to ride out the storm!

Totally agree, in addition it has taken 6 years for Brexit to really have an effect and EU suppliers have virtually given up on the UK and likewise UK sellers are no longer selling to the EU. So you now have a closed market with all the sellers selling the same product to the same people and undercutting each other.
It seems that most people are in denial about the real effect of Brexit and the insular market that now exists in the UK.
The U.S is going the same way with tariffs and they will all also be selling the same products to the same people with no real breadth of choice.

I totally get what your saying and in complete agreement re the economic climate. What a disaster this government is! My main concern though was how the advertising impressions just plummeted 50% overnight. There was definitely a problem as the sales have bounced back. February is normally our worst month anyway so onwards and upwards like you say. All the best !

Since Saturday 15th Feb we have lost featured offer on all our listings suddenly
have opened cases but just receive generic response, from doing £2200-£2500 sales everyday to only doing £200-£300 is bizarre with no issue with the account and 100% feedback, seems very odd what is going on.

Short update from me.
No news from Support, some campaigns started spending few pounds but their performance is bottomed. Majority of campaigns still not working. Sales still 50% down. Product rankings reduced.
Unlike other sellers I have no buy box issue and all my listings are active, mine is only advertisement campaigns issue (they are not working).
