Even though I present a business license, I cannot verify my account. Help please

Hello Amazon Team

I own a company in the United States, which utilizes a virtual address. This company has an Amazon account that operates in North America.

I attempted to open a European Amazon account using my U.S. company, but I could not pass the verification process due to the inability to provide a utility bill for my company's address.

Consequently, my U.S. Amazon account is now linked to the European account and has been deactivated.

When I contacted Amazon, they informed me that I must first verify and open my European account.

Unable to provide a utility bill for my virtual address in the U.S., I obtained a "Business License" from the state of Delaware, where my company is registered, and submitted it. However, this was not accepted.

I am at a loss regarding the next steps to take.

I have been using my U.S. Amazon account for seven years, maintaining an Account Health Rating (AHR) of over 250 for a considerable period. Despite this, I was not granted AHR insurance, putting me in a difficult position due to the deactivation.

I have a substantial balance and thousands of products left in my account.I hope to make my situation known to Amazon officials through this message.

If I could speak with a real person instead of Amazon's automated system, I could demonstrate that I am not engaged in any illegal activity and that my business operations are entirely legal.
