Can i transfer my amazon account to someone else (relativ or friend) and then reopen a new one in the same info that i used in the previous one ?

hang on - you have several threads open at the moment about assigning bank details and payment methods to this account - you need to sort that first
Technically you can transfer an account but only if you are officially selling a business etc and its not to a family member so that you can open another one with the same details - thats a big no no
You really need to just sort your account before trying to open another one

Not if you are trying to get them past a verification issue. When you transfer they’ll still have to do the same verification checks so if that is what you are trying to avoid, I wouldn’t bother. Just have them open their own account and keep them separate.
