I just realized that my listing images are shown so small compared to other listings.

Anyone knows why? Or how can I fix that?

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m reaching out regarding my product listing with ASIN: B0CFLF9R3D, which is currently being sold in Germany and the UK. I recently updated the listing with 9 new images. However, I’ve noticed that both the old and new images are now appearing on the product detail page, resulting in a total of 18 images being displayed.

My intention was to replace the old images with the new ones, not to have them combined. Could you please assist in resolving this issue so that only the newly uploaded 9 images are displayed on the product detail page?

I also launched a case with seller support team Case ID: 10126507152, But nothing fixed.

I have about 80 listings on Amazon, all of these listings are working fine, except one listing where the images are not appearing.

The images did work in the past, many months ago when the listing was first made, but one day the images just disappeared with no warning from Amazon.

The images appear on the edit listing page, but the edit listing page says no images have been uploaded.

I have contacted amazon support, but they pass me onto a specialist team, who say that i cannot edit listings due to my pending status on all the the other European stores (I sell in UK, with no issue, and have little interest in selling in EU at present). However, as stated, I have had no issues with all the listings added before and after this listing. There appears to be no way to respond to this message from the support, so I appear to be completely stuck. The item is unsellable without images, and unless I have to fix this, I may be forced to return them all to my home address to give them a new barcode and create a totally new ASIN.
