Brand changed and image
a competitor has changed the brand name and image to ‘suit’ their brand/needs!
This is not the first time they have done this and in the past have then gone on to make a trademark infringement claim!
(this was finally reversed) but how do Amazon allow this kind of behavior to continue and especially on products the seller has already been told to stop it!
Making a false trademark claim is actually unlawful! yet Amazon allow them to continue selling even when proof is given (and accepted by them). Yet some sellers appear to lose their account for nothing more than late delivery rates!

Unfortunately, this is a very common example of a seller abusing the Brand Registry by taking ownership of unrelated listings by simply updating the brand name to their own brand.
You will firstly need to update the brand name back by opening a case with the Seller Support and providing them some proof supporting your desired updates, such as a link to the manufacturer’s website or a picture of the product with it’s barcode visible.
Once the brand name is corrected back, you could submit a report using the “Report a violation feature” and then appeal any intellectual property rights infringement complaints by e-mailing notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk with:
(e.g., invoice, Order ID, licensing agreement, letter of authorization)
and explaining what happened, also mentioning that you submitted a report.
