Hi,
I have recently started buying 2nd class large letters postage from Amazon buy shipping but my VTR is still showing 0%
Would kindly appreciate it if someone could help me?

When did you start?
VTR is displaying a 30 day period based on your last delivery dates with a 10 day delay.
So VTR at the moment is currently working on a period of 24 May 2023 - 22 Jun 2023
The orders that you purchase from Amazon are exempt from VTR, so they will not affect your VTR %.
What will happen, is that eventually (probably around 6 weeks after you started using buy shipping), your VTR will switch to N/A - assuming that you buy ALL your postage through buy shipping, and it is all standard 1st/2nd class mail (ie not signed for)
