Shipment problems at BHX4
sent in 3 box’s with about 100 items in each, 2 have been received but only 13 items in each are showing all are at the BHX4 distribution centre
now I know they do not show up straight away but they usually are stock available on the date stated in the next couple of weeks
but they all appear out of stock, this has not happened before just 13 items in each box seems a strange coincidence, seller support will only trot out the same stuff and will be no help as anyone got any idea if this is a new policy?

If the shipment is not in the status complete, then you just need to allow enough time to pass to get all items received.
It could also be that you have some items in FC transfer.
Take a look at the shipment itself and also at your FBA inventory.

Virtually every shipment to BHX4 has receiving errors recently. Frequent FBA Inbound Performance warnings show up claiming additional quantities received, often full cases despite UPS showing the correct number of cases shipped / delivered and no room in cases for additional units. Opening investigations is pointless as they auto reject with “Your request has been denied. The problem reported does exist for this shipment and no changes have been made. Another investigation request cannot be submitted for this.”
