Hello everyone,
I have 4 ASINs that have been removed overnight by Amazon possibly due to the fact that I have "organic" keywords on my product detail pages (title, bullet points & images)
Unfortunately, I do not have any USDA certifications to prove these products are organic so this was an oversight on my end as I didn't think this would have been an issue (even though I have foreign certifications proving the product is indeed made from organic materials).
When I appeal to get these ASINs reinstated I get the same copy & paste response from Amazon's team to provide certification from the USDA. One representative told me, "To reactivate your ASINs, remove the prohibited content indicated below from your product detail page OR provide additional evidence of compliance".
I have reviewed my listings, removed the claims of it being "organic" entirely from my title, bullet points & even images so there is no sign of any "organic" keywords that would cause Amazon to trigger deactivation of these ASINs.
This should be sufficient enough for Amazon's team to reinstate these listings. This is extremely unfortunate as I have over 5000+ units that are now stranded at Amazon's facilities + more inventory being shipped - to remove them & restart the listings would be a massive expense and time waste.
Does anyone know how I can push this over to another team so they can review these cases properly so I don't get the same copy & paste response to provide USDA certification. I have already done what was asked aka removing the prohibited contents which seemed like the most viable solution in my case.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
