Amazon Change my product to a different listing with 45,000 sale rank difference?!
Has anyone had this issue where two listing of the same product are up and Amazon suddenly move your stock to another listing?
I have been selling Chocolate Mathez Fine French Cocoa Powdered Chocolate Truffles 2x 500gm Tins since October 2018 under one ASIN through FBA with no problems, however my latest delivery ended up being put into a different ASIN that has 45,000 difference in sales rank. Both items are identical yet Amazon are constantly saying the EAN number is different. I have been contacting them for over a month just to be receiving the same response or sometimes a response that is clear they never read my case in the first place. I contacted Mathez about the EAN and they have confirmed I have the correct one. Is there any other way to solve this?

Who created the listing - a multipack of 2 tins?
I can imagine that the EAN code inserted at the time of listing creation was either wrong (not for a multipack) or corresponded to another existing listing on Amazon and this is the reason for the merge.
There is nothing you can do now. Amazon will not revert it back.
