Where do I find the barcode
Hi all, I’m new here so please forgive if this is a daft question.
I am going to be selling my products on Amazon via FBA, I have my brand registered with Amazon and I have a GTIN exception for my products (is that the correct term)
So I am in the process of creating my packaging for the products and I want to incorporate the Amazon barcode so that I don’t have to print a second label for each. Where can I find the barcode so that I can download it and add it to my packaging?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Jim

You can find the labels by selecting the item in your inventory and choosing “print item label”.
Do though go through Seller University.

Have you gone through the seller university?

You need to go through that before you attempt FBA because it can be very complicated. The link is on your homepage

I can’t help with your issue but want to say as stated above before doing anything go through seller university at least a couple times and make sure you understand it. FBA can be good but it can also be a sure way to loose money if get it wrong.
And with that ignore all YouTube videos.

I realise some Sellers like FBA, but, some have lost many £1000’s with FBA.
Only send to Amz, what you can afford to lose if it all goes wrong.
Personally, I would suggest to set everything up, ship some items yourself direct to Buyers, that way you get used to some of the strange ways of Amz.
I assume you are in the UK, if sending to FBA, ship small amounts initially, so if any errors, again you won’t lose too much. Once the items are on FBA, you can send more, don’t get the makers in China to ship direct to FBA, that often goes wrong.
You also pay storage fees on FBA items, so if you send larger amounts and they do not sell, you may have to sell at a loss to clear them, or pay to have them removed and returned to you.
You can also register and obtain barcodes from GS1. That way your products will be saved with GS1 as well. Amz can ship using a makers barcode (EAN) and then you do not need an Amz code as well
