Just received this email below. The problem is there seems to be no link to “reply” to the email. Account info (within seller central) just says: You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.
Your information is currently being validated. We will contact you if additional information is required.
Once we have received and been able to validate your data, we can open your Selling on Amazon payment account. Otherwise we might ask for additional information.
Not sure what i need to do - is this a standard re-verification or do i need to physically do something?

Is what it tells me to do. However, when i go to the identity information, there are no prompts to follow, no buttons to click to upload documents and the submit for verification is faded, so you cannot click it, as clearly, the process has not been completed. Its like it is missing things on the page.

Can I have some help from the mods please as I seem to be hitting a brick wall. I replied to the email last week stating who the beneficial owners are and have now received another email (copied and pasted at the bottom of this post) The problem is that in the email there is nothing to click - it feels like something is missing - like a link to upload dcocumention etc?
I have simply replied saying: Hi, there are 2 beneficial owners and they are xxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx

In Account Info > Identity Information, and where it says What is the type of business you have? - for a Limited company do you put Privately-owned business, or Publicly-listed business?

Thank you again, Little Shop for your help. It seems the email (including the Merchant Token) worked as I instantly received an automated response. I did also contact Seller Support and received a good, speedy and helpful response - which included a similar, but not the same email address (not the one I originally replied too) to send my query too. I have to admit I probably couldn’t of done it without the help from both this forum and Seller Support
