We have just signed up to our seller account and want to sed our first fba products however, we are not able to create any listing, each time our account gives error of "Your account does not qualify" please understand that this is independent of any brand,asin or category. Basically, we are unable to use our selling activity and start sending our inventory. We are requesting the resolution of our problem, as we have a professional selling plan with monthly payment, but we are totally unable to use our this right.

I would suggest changing your selling plan to individual until sorted to avoid monthly charges. You can upgrade once your sales warrant it.
If you have just signed up, it can take quite some time for Amazon to verify you.

I have the same problem and even a product I was selling became inactive. When I wanted to activate it again, I got the error ‘Your account does not qualify’. My account is not new, I have been selling for about 7 months. My account health score is 252.
If a solution is provided on this issue, it will be good for all of us.
As you say you have just signed up, then I would assume that your account is not yet fully verified - they have to check all the info you have provided, both personal ID and business info, which can take some time., in some cases even weeks.
As above reply, definitely downgrade your selling plan to individual so you do not pay the monthly fee until you are ready to start selling, and do NOT send any goods in to FBA until then either, as you will incur storage fees.
I have same problem of having my account does not qualify , just let us know how to solve this issue.
I have the same problem and it is very annoying amazon doesn't want us to sell anything.

I have same problem, 2-3 weeks ago i was able to list. But know whenever i try an asin it says ''Your account does not qualify'' How can we solve this problem ?

As other Sellers mentioned, this might be connected with the fact that your account hasn't been fully verified yet.
Did you raise your concern to Seller Support? Could you share with me the case ID?
