Depends on so many factors, it is not a time thing. Also there is a difference being eligible for the buy box and actually getting the buy box.

If you use FBA then you are automatically eligible. If you do FBM then you must be on the paid pro selling plan and have a “sufficient order volume”. What counts as “sufficient” varies by category but also isn’t a published number.
