Help please with 2nd Plan of Action for a false claim I was selling a fake product
Can anyone at all please help me putting together a 2nd Plan of Action for a false claim that I was selling a fake product. My first POA that I submitted yesterday along with the invoice for the product but this was rejected as per below response. The claim has been made by the brand owner that the item was a fake product and I have been trying to get them to retract for weeks but they won’t. I was given 72 hours by amazon to submit a plan of action on Friday.
So how do I put together a Plan of Action when I haven’t done anything wrong? I need to put a plan together to stop someone from making false accusations against me??
In summary:-
Item was bought from reputable wholesaler and I have invoices clearly showing the item and brand name. Clearly when buying lots of products from various wholesalers it would not be feasible to then contact each brand owner for each product to check they are happy for me to sell on amazon.
I have no interest in selling the product in future
I have just the 1 complaint in my Account Health.
I am now aware this is only not only myself that this brand owner has made a false claim against.
I’ve posted same details on another thread but not had any help with the POA so would really appreciate any comments from anyone that knows how to word this and has perhaps been in this situation themselves.

This is the first POA and response from amazon asking for more information.:-
The root cause of the issue
The brand owner has said that this is a fake product however as you can see
from the invoice this is a genuine product bought from a reputable
wholesaler.
The actions that you have taken to resolve the issue
I have removed the listing and I have no intention of selling any items that
are connected to the brand owner in future.
I will no longer sell the ASIN B07XHS414P
The steps that you have taken to prevent the issue going forward
I will be careful not to list any products by this brand owner and I have no
interest in selling them in future.
I have checked all of my listing to make sure non of them are by this brand
owner.
