Account suspended Help!
Amazon have suspended my account because i was unaware of the rule about having more than one.
The other account is an inactive account i opened years ago to scope things out. I found the login and that account is also suspended. Which amazon tells me is the same as being closed.
Why then won’t they reactivate my main account?
The support system is truly the worst i have ever experienced. Nothing i supply as evidence is acceptable and i can’t contact anyone at amazon to answer any questions i have.
I’m really stuck.

Suspended isn’t the same as closed, I suspect you will have to reinstate the first account and then once that isn’t suspended you’ll be able to get your newest one closed. That’s usually how amazon want it to work

Further to that
“To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination.”
Any advice on how i provide these documents i didn’t know existed…
