Certificate of Conformity (GCC) issue,pls help

We have provice Test report from an ISO 17025 approved lab, General Certificate of Conformity (GCC). [Case ID 15195709461 ]
But it is still showing as under review. How long will it take? This case has been under review for a month. My product details page has also been deleted. I am very anxious. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you~
In addition, I promise that all the GCC information I provided is true and verifiable. Please review and restore my sales rights.
