Suspected Intellectual Property Violations

Hello everyone!
Today I tried to create a listing that is not in the Amazon catalog. I have listed Daewoo Electricals as a brand and manufacturer. After that, I received a notification about a potential violation of intellectual rights. I removed the listing to avoid performance issues.
I have an authorized supplier. I would like to sell this product.
What can I do to sell it?
I did everything as it is written in the Amazon guide.
