ACCOUNT VERIFICATION STATUS Verified

i been a seller for over 10 years on amazon. however when my funds were due to be paid i find they are still in amazons account not mine. thus it appears my account needed verification. so i have done this step now, and its been accepted. however they have now put my funds “available” forward to the 15th of June.
my account`s in excellent health. i cannot presently request early reimbursement as amazon will not allowed me to.
thus, will it take 4 working days to allow me the earlier reimbursements or do i it seems have to wait for the 15th june.
have i got to wait for another 13 days? please help thank you all

Yes, in a word. Even though you, and many others of us, have been a seller for years, Amazon are now applying an account level reserve to sales proceeds, to cover any possible claims for non-delivery etc. Each sale will be put on hold until the last EDD (Estimated Delivery Date), plus 7 days, plus whenever you get to your next scheduled disbursement date (7 or 14 days). Example: Sale on 1 May, last EDD 15 May, hold until 22 May, disbursement by or on 29 May or 5 June
The reserve is a rolling amount, that is, sums of money get added and cleared all the time, but you will always have something sitting in the reserve

thank you for your answer. my concern was i needed to update my bank details (amazon never told me) thus when i realised i had not been paid as per normal i contacted them.
thus now i validated my account again we been put back to the 15th of june. thus this has caused me cashflow concerns.
so do you know it is possible to ask amazon directly for an earlier payment date? of how to go about this,

I’m having the same problem - but it insists that they want my full name and the business name on the info I send them, but the bank has a limit of 30 characters so I can never have the info they want. I don’t know what to do and can’d seem to contact them about it. Anyone have a phone number?

they seem to have paid me now. i did have to chase them though. it is like banging your head against a barn door, in that direct contact to business amazon agent is like finding a real unicorn.
