Getting scammed by customer
One of my customers is saying she only received 4 of 6 items. Her postage label is marked as 180g which is correct for 6 items. I know she is trying to scam me, but unsure of the best response!

If theyve not opened an A-Z that would ring alarm bells for me.
If your absolutely certain you’ve not made a mistake.
I would message with your concern as the weight indicates 6 were in the parcel.
This indicates the there has been something amiss during transit .
You will take it seriously and report to the carrier and police fir both to investigate.
State that their message is used as evidence for the investigation.
And that once it is complete you will report back to them the findings.
Normally if they are trying it on it will put them off.
Otherwise its a difficult one to prove.

If this order fulfilled by yourself than immediately send 2 more items to customer (even customer is trying to scam you), this is the 1 & only solution & this will help protect your account health.
If this was FBA order, than report to Amazon, they self look into this matter, as you were not involved in this shipment.
For Amazon " CUSTOMER IS KING"

I manually put the weight on a prepaid label before it goes to the post office. It’s just infuriating, as I know I’m not in the wrong. Customer is king is absolutely right. She received the “other 4” 2 weeks ago also, so why wait 2 weeks to say they are missing?

The issue you have with sending replacements out is they can also claim they didn’t arrive Amazons system is not set up for second shipment/replacements so on.
