Proof of deliveries - for temporary deactivated account
Hi i had my account temporalily deactivated - i had to send proof of deliveries - but i buy all postage through amazon - how can i show this - ive tried reports of what ive paid for amazon shipping labels ? i have had an issue with amazon not adding the information in the tracking field on the order details but i have an open case with them looking at this but i keep appealing my deactivation and get the same messages back and when i called they said i need to upload proof of tracking??? i have no idea

what shipping service are you buying through Amazon Shipping?
If you download your VTR report it should have all available tracking (as Amazon see it) available.
Performance - Account Health - Delivery Performance - Valid Tracking Rate - Download Report
That will (should) show all the tracking information that was entered/recorded for your previous 30 days of orders.

they usually ask for proof of deliveries etc when they are reviewing your account for either an increase in sales not forecast or, a sudden spike of INRs
