This error is commonly referred to as a “single matching error” and occurs when your Product ID, such as UPC, EAN, JAN, and ISBN, corresponds to the Product ID of an existing ASIN. You will find some potential solutions to this in the Error 8541 help page. More specifically, I would recommend watching the Seller University video included in the page, and the "How to solve this error" section for specific steps you can take to fix it.

If you have reviewed the above and still run into issues, I would recommend following the advice given to you in case 17105446271 by Seller Support, to use a flat file, and perform a "Partial Update" on the listing.
