Trying to add information to a listing
I am trying to add information about a product which I own. The product (a book) is up on the site and the front cover is displayed, I just want to add the back cover and some reviews. There are no permissions involved, I own the rights to the book.
Whenever I try to access the image I don't go to the product management page but I am sent to my own personal Amazon page (where I might buy the book). Very frustrating.

Without more specific details about how you're trying to add this information, I cannot assist you.

Thanks for your interest, Ezra. I haven't yet contacted Seller Support as when I contacted them over a previous product a couple of years ago all I got was algorthmic replies which did not address my question. The product is ISBN 978 1 83654 021 2. This is what appears on an Amazon search: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1836540213/ref=ox_sc_act_title_delete_1?smid=AE83NNQK4XG9S&psc=1.
I want to add product information and ensure it comes up when the title of the product (Madder Music, Stronger Wine) is entered into a search engine. At the moment what I get is previous incarnations of this book dating from 2000. The one I am sellign here is a new edition.

I entered your title into Amazon search and this was the first result:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Madder-Music-Stronger-Wine-Ernest/dp/1836540213
The 2000 edition was second on the list and third was another book with the same title by Douglas Dean but out of print and unavailable.
I'm not quite sure what you mean about 'accessing the image'.
If/when I try to update a product image for a book I have to go to manage inventory/ then 'edit' from the pop-up menu for the ASIN/ISBN in question and then "Suggest changes to product information" (if not previously selected). I then choose the 'images' tab and select a file from my own PC to upload.
