Amazon have keep my money for nearly 3 months since my first sale!
Its basically all of my money, and to top it off it was a business loan which i am now going to have to start payting back in june. ive lost 2 months of investment time and now i’m getting seriously close to me being in the red with no chance of reinvesting to buy stock until i get paid? does any one know any solution or had a similar experience and had it resolved? Literal nightmare at the moment, and causing a lot of grief. appreciate any advice. I am contemplating court at the moment has any body had any experience taking amazon to court and how did it go please?

Have you got any notification from Amazon as to why they are not paying your money out? Is your Bank Account information verified? If you click on Settings in the top right hand corner then Account Info then Bank Account Information does it show your Bank Account as Verified?
Court action will not get you very far and is likely just to be another expense. There will be a reason on your account why the money is not being paid and us other sellers can give you help on this.

You need to be a bit more specific. There are several features of interest here:
The first feature of interest is: Have you received any notifications regarding monies being held, as @Smiley_Guy rightly asks? If in doubt, check your Performance Notifications on the homepage (dashboard)
The second feature of interest is: Are you fully verified (account and bank)? Check your verification status for both.
The third feature of interest is: If you are a new seller, you will have an Account Reserve. Have you checked the status of this to see what the balances are? It will look something like this:
