Selling in Cook Tools
This has been so hard to get approved and is driving me bonkers. I ordered in 10 toasters, showed the invoice, took pictures of packaging, no DoC in box so got one from the distributor which Amazon refused. So I went to the manufacturer (Russell Hobbs) who provided the DoC for that very product. Amazon still refused it.
So I ordered in 10 Nespresso Coffee Machines, took pictures of the packaging, sent invoice, got the DoC directly from the manufacturer again and Amazon refused.
Each time they say that the DoC isn’t correct?!??! It’s from the manufacturer! I even have a letter from them and still no joy.
Now I have 20 (not cheap) items that I am trying to list and can’t get anywhere.
Any advice, or if someone from Amazon reads this please get in touch

Not sure how you get round this but it might have been prudent to iron out the problems with the toasters before springing for more stock.

Still no luck here, I’ve sent them everything under the sun, even a letter from Krups parent company stating it’s all fine and Amazon staff are still not seeing it
I’d be interested in hearing from any other sellers looking to sell coffee machines, toasters and kettles on Amazon that have similar issues because this is just ludicrous!!
