FBM sales vs FBA sales
Just curious really…
We sell FBA and FBM. All of our products are FBA until they run out at Amazon and then switch to FBM.
At present we have about 90% of products out of stock due to an absolutely crazy December so I’m thinking January sales are going to be rubbish as typically we find that a product that sells 10+ a day when FBA, sells 1 or 2 a day when FBM.
Does anyone else find similar or am I doing something wrong if I’m not getting many FBM sales? I know FBA gives a natural boost but it seems quite significant and I’m not sure it’s normal to see such a big difference.

I get over twice as many orders on FBA compared to FBM, but I have a very small fraction of my stock in FBA as I only started recently.
I’ve never actually compared like for like but 5 times is not unreasonable I would say
