Operating business from abroad

hi all,

I registered as an individual seller, now I’m moving back to my country and will visit UK twice a year. I want to take my business seriously, if I plan to move away is it better to register a company in UK and switch my account to business account? Is it easy to make the switch coz I heard amazon will create problems, will make it hard.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

If you are selling off your old unwanted items then you are an individual seller.

If you are buying things to sell then you are a business - and should always have been registered as a business with Amazon and HMRC.

As an international seller non-resident in the UK then you MUST have a business seller account and be registered for UK VAT

It would be best if you read in seller help about international sellers and what your obligations are before doing anything
