Does Product Policy Compliance Influence Sales Performance

With actual and suspected Intellectual Property Violations on the increase, has anyone else noticed a stop and start sales pattern when this happens?.

I received 2 which were removed after 6 months and my sales returned to a normal flow.

I have just received another 2 (different brand) and my sales have dropped off again.

I would be interested to know if anyone else has seen this type of pattern.
