AHR Dropping rapidly
Is anybody elses Account Health Rating (AHR) dropping like a lead balloon? Ive spoke to the AHR specialist who states it is due to low sales as our account is in good standing but over the last 5 weeks it has decreased 64pts down to 302 and decreasing daily to the point we are going to be nearer to the dreaded 250pts and all hell breaks loose, we have been here for 14 years (over 3000 listings) so pretty clued up with "Skynet" and there daily requirements but to be watching the graph of death tick down is pretty daunting.
Oh and the AHR specialist told me to drop my prices.

The 'dreaded points' is 200pts, not 250.
If you don't have any violations, it will be down to lower sales in the current 6 month window. Ours has dropped over the last few weeks from 540 down to 512 - again because May was quieter than April and busier months are starting to drop out of the window.
They would advise you drop prices as its a quick means to encourage more sales I suppose.

Mine has never been over 200 as I am a very low volume seller, and I know it never will be. I don't worry as long as everything else is OK.

Mine has dropped a fair bit recently I am down to 720 a couple of months ago it was over 800
As other say busier Christmas months are dropping out now and it is onto a quieter time for most.
As long as you have no violations it is nothing to worry about.
As you are presumably more Christmas orientated I would suspect you do more sales in the last quarter of the year and you should see you health score rise again then.

I read on another post google changed their algorithm so it was the cause of the drop. Should be temporary. Mine has started climbing again

Mines been around 160 for ages (for 3 violations not realising I couldn't add onto a listing) Never seems to go up though even though keeping to standards etc :(
