My funds are never transfered, keeps adding 1 week

I sold a book 3 months ago. I dispatched it myself 3 months ago (UK to UK address) . I just want my money. Its only £13 but i need it asap. I have added card details, and clicked “request transfer” and it says “payment date; 31-dec-2020” and then on that date moves to “7-jan-2021” and has now moved to “14-jan-2021”. This is driving me crazy. It is my first sale, but i sent the book 3 months ago. How do i get my money? Or, is there a way to actually speak to someone from amazon on live chat to resolve this, that also seems impossible. This is the last time i sell on amazon, but either way I just need my money.

Thank you so much in advance to anyone with any type of help

Go into your account info and make sure your banking info has been verified. A disbursement date that keeps moving back is suggestive that your banking info has not been validated.

Just checking, you did mark it as dispatched? What was the estimated delivery date on the order?
