How to fight competitor’s tactics

Hi,

Some competitor keeps buying my very expensive item, probably with an expired card, so, orders stuck in pending. As I am a BuyBox winner for this item, every time when my item moves in Out Of Stock, he wins Buy Box (with a higher price).

I am sure it’s him. This item gets sold rarely. And three pendings in a row left no doubts…

How can I fight him?

Seems we are not only fighting scammers but also Competitors now. I’d like to know reactions from others. Keep me informed.
