How to report seller who sells different product under my listing

Hi,

I am fairly new on amazon, so I am not sure what is the correct procedure of reporting someone who sells different product under my listing. Its one of my best sellers and he undercut my price by 30% which makes him the winner of the buy box. Further more he is selling a different product which is very similar to my one. Its a rum aroma for baking, but he is selling rum essence. The brand is same, nothing else. The EAN, language, packaging, colour, ingredients and the place of production is all different. His product does not contain alcohol, therefore its much cheaper as well. I don`t want to run into problems where amazon says I have ordered from my competitor and making false claims to get rid of them. Is there a safe way to do this?
Thanks for any help!

Is it actually your own branded listing?
A generic item, or a n other brand?

If it’s the first, then you will be able to remove via brand registry.
If it’s generic, then you could try a test purchase, but chances are, you won’t get very far.
Same applies if it’s a different brand. It’s the brand owner, that needs to make the complaint.

For your safety, whatever you are selling must match the listing exactly. Regardless of what others do.

Its my listing with a branded product, but not my own brand. He sells on other platforms where he doesn’t have the exact same product just the cheaper non alcoholic one which is same brand, same bottle, but nothing else is same. According to him, he does not have any products from the country where my product is coming from. There are two thing what worries me. Of course first is my profit. Second, if a buyer buy the product from him and they will do as he got the buy box, they will receive a different product in lower quality and give a bad review. That will affect my sales once he run out of it. I got regular buyers for that product and when they come back they will not be looking who is the seller. Also (I know its not against the rules) he just started on amazon and he haven’t got any listings of his own. This is nothing unusual. He set the prices lower then anyone else and lower than the actual product, packaging and delivery cost. I mean he is selling items for £2.99 where the postage cost £2.90 and the product even if you buy it in very good price like supermarkets will cost you about 70p. I know the product price as I had to reduce it in my store when it was deranged in January.
Does a test purchase would help? Can I send images of the product I receive and send it to amazon?
