I am new to the forum and apologize if this post is under the wrong tag. I have been facing an issue with the Shipping department for the past two months. I have not received any feedback regarding a package that was delivered to the warehouse on April 24th. I have had a case open with Amazon for one month now, but it has yet to be resolved. I am seeking assistance from the appropriate department. Please help.
